Shipping & Returns
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from their Shipping time once it has been fulfilled.
Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping cart are in stock. For this reason if an item may be out of stock you will be contacted via Phone and Email about your missing item. If an item is on Back Order then you will be also contacted by email with a Back Order Shipping time which may be 7-10 days. At the time of purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. Derrys Workshop offers you the following shipping methods:
USPS First Class 5-7 Business Days
Yes, We will ship World Wide! Please allow us 5 to 7 days for Domestic Shipping. We ship all our orders through USPS. To ensure you get your package in the advertised time please make sure you have the correct address including all relevant information and correct Street Numbers, Abbreviations, Apartment and Building numbers. Derrys Workshop is not responsible for any lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or stolen packages. Once the package has left our Building and into Usps Hands we no longer have control over the package.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We will take orders up to 7 days after they have been received ( excluding weekends and national holidays). Returns/ Exchanges cannot be processed until we have received them at our Building. For Returns and Exchanges please contact our customer service team and we will gladly assist you. Once the return label has been issued, you have 14 days to bring to Usps (excluding weekends and national holidays). Items can only be exchanged if it is Unworn, Good Condition, and in Original Packaging. If an item does not work out for you, we can only exchange it for Store Credit to be used towards another Item.
